Bicyclist Struck By A Car In Coral Springs Dies

A bicyclist died in Coral Springs while he was struck by a car. According to Coral Springs Police officials,Michael Fish, 40, the man who was struck was riding across Sample Road in Coral Springs. He was struck at 8am. He pedaled from north across Sample Road, Coral Springs at the intersection with Turtle Creek Drive. Fish died from his injuries the next day when he was hospitalized at North Broward Medical Center, Coral Springs.
Police have identified the car driver who struck Fish as Anthony Pennachio,28,who resides at Coral Springs. Pennachio was heading towards west on Sample Road, Coral Springs in the right lane at that time. Pennachio has not been charged, police said. There is an investigation going on at Coral Springs Police department on the same. Jeff Dixon is the official in charge of this accident at Coral Springs.
